    Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, goods you supply MUST match their description. This did not happen. I specifically ordered a General Electric (GE) Lighting product which was clearly advertised for sale. Instead, in its place, I received a BELL Lighting product which I consider to be a cheaper version. I have reluctantly decided to accept the incorrect item as it will do the job but I would hesitate to recommend the seller to other buyers as, in my view, errors like this do not 'just happen'.

    I phoned the seller to ensure would get exactly the same model. These lightbulb have to be exactly the same as the one to replace, otherwise they will not work. The seller confirmed the model number and Colour Temperature that will be sent. Also informed that the manufacturer name has changed, although it's the same engineers producing the lightbulb. I was happy to hear this because the one that I had lasted a very long time of 3 years. Lightbulb working as expected and Great value for money.
