May I bring to your attention that DPD, your delivery service, provided a very poor service leaving the parcel, in a torn state, at my front door when I had requested that they place in a "safe place" at the rear of my property. Fortunately I arrived home soon after deliveryand took the parcel in. DPD assure me that they will investigate?!
