There was no visible damage to the tubes but 1 of them wouldn't work following it's second switch-on. Contacted the seller who sent a Next-Day replacement - in the knowledge that DPD would not acknowledge a problem as there was no visible damage to the product!! Great tubes, good value for money if bought in 3's. Excellent seller - will use again!!! Spoilt by awful carrier!
