Contacted the seller multiple times via eBay and their website which received no responses. It's a shame because the product does solve a problem however I have my concerns this 2nd adaptor won't last long either. Their description talks a big game of their warranty and how good their product is yet there happy to sell me another one but not respond to any emails.
