As described. Shipped in original box, inside only a plastic shipping bag. In my experience, USPS can be pretty rough on packages. I am aware packing this way keeps shipping cost down, but up to the seller to take that gamble. With that said... I'm pleased that my package arrived undamaged. It appears to be a good quality, low priced filter. I read somewhere that Hiflofiltro makes the k&n filters. It's already installed and so far, so good. 👍🏻 I'd buy from this seller again.

The jackets is new and as described. My beef is concerning the “bait & switch” the seller employed to incentivize me to purchase from them. The seller had the jacket listed as “Free 3day Shipping” and priced at MSRP. I had a moto trip planned 7 days after I made the purchase and needed a new jacket so their “Free 3 Day Shipping” convinced me to buy it from them at MSRP to ensure it would arrive for my trip. The jacket was shipped ground and took 8 days to arrive. Lied & cheated to get the sale.

Extreme weather condition in whole Country everybody knows this. unfortunately we have not control over Carriers.
