Item did not fit the described vehicle. Contacted the seller and provided information on why it doesn't fit. Seller agreed to provide refund and not ship the item back but refund was not provided for over a week. Seller claims they have refunded to PayPal but it was not processed. I had to contact Ebay customer care to step in and get a refund. It's one thing to tell the customer that you will get a refund, it's another thing to actually do it. Bad experience overall...
