Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    Great saucepan

    I was looking for a small saucepan and chanced on this. I’m so glad I did. It’s super quality and beautiful Italian design. It’s the best saucepan that I have. Well fitting lid. An ingenious all round lip that makes pouring without spillage easy. Heavy stainless steel. Really perfect.

    the above says it all

    the flat handle made the product to hard to handle for me and the fact that i have arthritis in my hands did not make it any easier but without my condition i still would have found the handle to wide and flat to be comfortable but maybe that is just me

    Good saucepan but flimsy lid gets too hot

    Good saucepan, lip makes it easy for draining pasta etc. Heat retention and distribution is good. Lid is flimsy though gets very hot so be careful.
