This is a beautiful ring. It was not sized correctly. All my rings are sized to 11.5 but this falls off my finger. I wrote the seller, and his response was: "it was sized correctly before shipment". He did not provide a solution to the problem. I wrote him back but did not receive a response as of yet. Customer service, I think not. Let the buyer beware.

Buyer refused to send the ring back and demanded that I pay for resizing.Buyer lied about my multiple responses and violated multiple eBay rules .Buyer is attempting fraud and has been reported to Ebay. The ring sent was checked for size before shipment as all items as policy. I can prove 4 emails to correct the issue to this buyer before this negative feedback. Buyer has outright lied and refused a resolution . Avoid this buyer.
