Item as described, but PLEASE NOTE that on some models the foot pedal (360 deg turn) conflicts with base. My new parasol model 3m x 4m, the pedal works fine as it is set at a higher angle. However with the a similar base on my old parasol model 3m x 3m the foot pedal is angled lower and conflicts with the base.
