All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently.
 
WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.     Very good indeed

    I got this to do patio doors with small panes..works very well and I'm a terrible fusspot. I don't like the bigger blade on full size windows because it leaves streaks in between strokes but gave this a go. The trick is to relax your pressure just enough and also, just use the edge of the 'blade' if the glass is a bit wider for the 2nd stroke. Keep the motor running. Whole process much quicker than ordinary narrow manual blade. You soon get the hang of it. Ensure you have plenty of soapy water on the pane.

    Great for small windows

    Having owned a Karcher window vac for some years, I’ve only just found out that you can buy this smaller blade. It’s great for using on smaller windows where the full size blade is too cumbersome. Would recommend.

    clear mirrors

    this head is great for cleaning mirrors, it has more controll than the bigger karcher head, and fab for shower doors, nor hassle, little washing up liquid on a cloth , rub and use karcher to vac off. was so pleased to get this as new model out and cantget this older head in shops now
