    1 capsule a day has made a world of difference.

    At 58 years old you would not think we would have to deal with acne. Feeling defeated , keeping my skin so clean with a regiment mornnig and night., only to have more break outs. Searching on line I came across this product. Purchased it . I have been using about a weak and a half . I notice my skin clearing up, also I notice a difference in mood and anxiety. Thanks, I only hope it get even better as I continue to use DIM.

    I’ve been taking DIM with Bioperine to relieve my hot flashes and mood swings. It doesn’t remove the hot flashes but it does make hot flashes subside and mood swings better. I don’t have as much hot flashes as I did before. My mood and energy is better. Also helps to lose weight specially when I incorporate woking out to my daily schedule.

    Love it! You have to watch it on hypothyroidism!

    I love this product. I am 60 yrs old and it stops hair growing on my chin and lower lip. The only problem I have is it messes with my hypothyroidism. I take meds but it still messes with my thyroid because it has natural broccoli, etc. I really like this natural product and I am trying to work out my problem.
