Despite saying the item had been dispatched nothing arrived. After 11 days I enquired and was told the seller was very busy and unable to go to the post office. They assured me they would do it that day and I accepted it. I waited 24 hours and found out they still had not posted my item and so I cancelled and took a refund. Do not sell items on ebay if you cannot go to the post office after taking a customer's payment.
