Queried seller prior to purchase regarding what was included with shock absorbers ,which they confirmed rubbers ,washers and nuts were,but they arrived excluding some parts and atrocious attitude by seller telling me to send them back [going by listing it would be at my expense] .They would never have got order had they been truthfull,total chancers do not deal with these people
