UK Shipping:

All our items are shipped directly from our stock within one working day of purchase.

Large letter size items are shipped via Royal Mail.

Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail/Yodel/Evri depending on the current parcel situation - please check on your order which courier was used.

Larger items are shipped via DHL

Items over 1.4 metres in length or 3 metres around widest point will be posted out with DX Secure

Return Policy:

Parts ordered incorrectly by the buyer that have been fitted will not be accepted for credit.

For parts that are faulty we will require the vehicles full chassis number and a diagnostic fault report before the part is accepted for return.

It works perfectly well, only time will tell if it stands up to use. I'm not so sure it is genuine, it was not in any form of Audi packaging, which is not what I expected. The colour of the plastic is a different shade of grey from the broken original. It does have the correct part numbers but this is easily replicated using laser scanning equipment when making the injection mould. The metal clip is also a very slightly different shape but I suppose Audi could have modified this. If this one breaks I'll be going straight to my local Audi dealer for the next oneIt works perfectly well, only time will tell if it stands up to use.
