    Helmet spoiler at rear is coming unstuck and off. I had the helmet for weeks before wearing it as I was saving it for best and the weather's been rubbish. When I did get a chance to use it I noticed it was whistling more than it should. Upon closer inspection I found that the rear spoiler had a gap from a poor fit and ungluing. I contacted the seller who offered to stick it back together with sticky tape. When I said I preferred a refund, he refused even though within 60 day refund period.

    There is no fault with the helmet. We offered to take the helmet back and restick the spoiler back down which takes just a few seconds. If the spoiler has been dislodged by the customer then its not a warranty issue but of course we would always help.
