It arrived well packaged zero damage to the box. The product itself is straight forward with its instructions. And easily managed. The pressure itself is excellent, and easily managed by a grown up. I wouldn't let any child operate this due to its pressure. Excellent for cleaning a car and drive way plus patios too.

Arrived in pieces in a well packed box. However broken bits, no instructions and an intermittent problem when pressure cleaning. It keeps stopping for a split second and go's again? Described as all good, but isn't!

I bought this as old washer failed after 5 years of use, it was a cheap model. The quality is excellent and plenty of power for cleaning my tarmac drive and very large stone patio. Also much quieter than old model as it’s water cooled not air cooled which cheaper models are.

Nice compact unit
This is not to big but very heavy and hose coiling is about as good as others, the variable lance got rid of what we wanted it for. Haven’t used it with a patio cleaner yet but the power of it should give good results, one thing I wanted it for is to wet shot blast a shed done with outdoor paint which is flaking.

This product is amazing.This is my 4th pressure washer and is the best one i've had.There are 2 wands supplied and the one is really powerful and cleaned my paths and patio with ease.Be careful because this one will take the paint off things so better to use the other wand.My only criticism is that there is not something to wind the cable around but thats no big deal! All in all a great product.
