In addition to the gobbledygook reply here, I was sent a message with demands from the seller. They stated that if I rescinded my feedback and cancelled my return, they would either send me a return label (which they already are required to do), or they would send me a replacement (which they have to do or send a refund). This is the very definition of feedback extortion. And yes, this is my second set, because one side failed in 4 months.
