    Very good workout. Gilad gives great instructions and has routines that challenge, but are reasonable for the average participant.

    Gilad is the best!

    I used to do this workout with my mom when I was younger and have used it growing up...Recently the VHS quit working so I was really pleased when I found it on DVD. I honestly think Gilad is the best at getting you in shape and the best at getting you started if you haven't worked out in a while or maybe not even at all. Hes fun to workout with. He's not annoying and cheesy like a lot of others. The moves are easy to follow..really easy to follow. Yet you will definitely feel it. This is a really great DVD to have if you love aerobics and love to keep in shape. And the toning portion will really tone those muscles and make them burn. A definite must have!

    High impact aerobics

    I love working out with Gilad. he is full of energy. the routines are easy to follow and he makes working out fun. I just recently started working out and i am able to keep up and slow down at different parts of the routine and stay with the group. i look foreward to working out every morning. Thanks for gilad he has changed my workout routine
