Brilliant delivery boys helped with installation as well. the only thing they haven’t put some felt on each foot so it would be easier to slide on the floor without damaging the furniture and the floor. Sadly my floor was left with significant marks…Maybe it is worth to consider to add soft felt on each wooden foot of sofas and armchairs. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase. it’s perfect!

There are no holes in the underneath to put the screws in that attach to the feet. The delivery men knocked some plaster off the wall carrying the sofa into the house. I sent a message and photo to the seller who said the delivery men were qualified builders and would come and sort it out. My son (who is a builder) has arranged for a plasterer to sort the drivers mess out which will incur a cost to me.

Arrived much earlier than specified which was a bonus. Communication was fabulous as contact was prompt when arranging delivery day and the day before the drivers messaged with a time slot. No fuss and no mess. They arrived at the time which had been arranged and were very professional. Very friendly, respectful & hard working delivery men. Highly recommend and would definitely buy from again. Thank you

Company are saying it must of been my fault while unpacking and won't do anything about it. I 💯 took extra care unpacking solely so I knew there would be no damage unpacking it and look what happens. No help that's so ever so your better off paying them to unpack for you. Absolutely disgusting. Delivery was not the best they were polite but did not handle with care.
