    Hot Tamales!

    I used this the first time I made tamales. Never having made them I felt it would help in spreading the masa so it was not too thick or thin and be consistent. Took a few times before I got the technique down to work quickly. It covered the corn husk well being wide. I found as I rolled up my tamale there was some extra masa that I just scraped off and added back to my masa bowl so I not have any waste. I felt for myself it was a good price and of good quality.
