Buenos días, Cuando yo recibo una compra en perfecto estado en su tiempo dicho y perfectamente embalada, doy mi voto,POSITIVO (recambios en negro).En el caso de recambios tinta azul, lo doy negativo porque. Lo cancelo sin comentarme antes que lo iba a hacer, porque me dijo primero que no había y luego me dijo que en la caja de los azules solo había negros, cosa que yo como ha visto le he comprado recambios negros.y final no he recibido lo que es mio.

antes de cancelar el pedido, se le envio un mensaje indicandole el motivo, y se realizo el reembolso. despues compro los recambios negros y le llegaron a los dos dias. Cual es el problema. si tuviera una tienda con miles de articulos, seguro que alguno se le escaparia del stock. El que tiene boca se equivoca. si no ha recibido el reembolso de la compra, consulte a ebay, nosotros no cobramos hasta que se le a enviado el articulo . Le cobra ebay. RECLAMELE A ELLOS. UN SALUDO.
