The bust of Voltaire arrived with a seriously damaged stand on which the bust rests. However the item was already damaged BEFORE it was sent since seller inserted a metal stud in the stand which was further damaged during shipping the crack increased to the point of the stand being unable to hold the bust. As such I believe, given the very serious damage to the bust, I should receive a complete refund. A very disappointed buyer. Dr Vincent J McNally

Illiterate, does not know how to receive parcels correctly. He had to check at the post office and, in case of a breakdown, draw up an act. For the safety of the parcel, only the post office, and not the sender of the parcel, is responsible. Since he told me only on the 3rd day that there was a crack on the bust, he said that he himself could accidentally break it. He called the armature a hairpin, which I put in because he broke the bust himself. Nonsense! Please cancel this review. Sincerely!
