Love it, took me about 5 mins to get used to but I have had a similiar one before. This one seems to get hotter quicker. Cooking is quicker and so much cheaper on one of these. It is as quick if not quicker that gas. touch sensitive, takes no energy. All elderly people should have one as they switch off in a few seconds if you take a pot off.
