I ordered the phone case in Red. I received Pink. The seller tried to tell me that it is just some fluctuation in the dye process or something like that? Offered me a refund. I accepted but, when I checked they only refunded about 20% of the purchase price. Not trying to knock the seller, just being honest w/ my experience.
