As a UK resident, I had to use the supplied plug adapter. Which has blown the kettle and fused itself to the main socket! I've now got to get an electrician out to fix the problem. Very dangerous item. Should be removed from the EBay site, for safety reasons

After a 10-day unexplained delay, and a prod from me, seller finally dispatched the item. The mouse was in a manufacturer's sealed box, but it does not match the manufacturer's own description. Photos attached show A4tech box says 4-way smart wheel, but internally it is a dumb single button wheel. Installed driver on Windows 10, and the scroll wheel did not gain any smartness. Usable for the price, so I'll keep it, but I cannot recommend either the seller or A4tech.
