After a 10-day unexplained delay, and a prod from me, seller finally dispatched the item. The mouse was in a manufacturer's sealed box, but it does not match the manufacturer's own description. Photos attached show A4tech box says 4-way smart wheel, but internally it is a dumb single button wheel. Installed driver on Windows 10, and the scroll wheel did not gain any smartness. Usable for the price, so I'll keep it, but I cannot recommend either the seller or A4tech.
