El derecho de desistimiento es usado correctamente cuando sean interamente respetadas las siguientes condiciones:

- la demanda de restituciòn tiene que ser enviada a Dudubags.com (ordini@dudubags.com) dentro 30 dias de la data de la entrega. La comunicaciòn puede ser enviada, dentro el mismo tiempo, tambien con fax a el numero: 39 0434 361483;

- la expediciòn del el articulo restituido tiene ques ser utilizando un metodo trazable (carta certificada, paquete postal rapido, empresa de correo privada). Se no se respeta esta condiciòn, el vendedor no se asume ninguna responsabilidad en caso de perdida o robo del paquete y se tiene el derecho de no efectuar reembolso, que se cumplirà solo y solamente cuando el articulo llegarà efectivamente en la sede;

- la etiqueta identificatiba tiene que ser todavia pegada a el producto;

- los productos tiene que ser restituidos en su confecciòn original;

- los productos restituidos tienen que ser enviados al Vendedor en una sola expediciòn. El Vendedor, se reserva el derecho de non aceptar articulos de un mismo orden, restituidos o enviados en momentos diferentes;
