By ordering a product with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Shape Systems Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. You should check regularly these Terms and Conditions before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Faulty and incorrect goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all applicable packaging intact. The original tape needs to be unbroken & as supplied (i.e. not opened & resealed, or tampered with in any way). No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. All the returns are the responsibility of the customers. Any goods returned without an authorisation number will NOT be processed.
Returns and Refunds
We will take returns or repair or replace faulty/ wrong items as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. You must notify us before sending the items back. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
Unwanted goods must be received back complete as new, unused, original box / packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The original tape needs to be unbroken & as supplied (i.e. not opened & resealed, or tampered with in any way). You will be refunded the full invoice amount but shipping is non-refundable.
In the event that we send you the incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately via eBay and we will locate the correct spares, repair or replace any faulty/ wrong items. Having received the incorrect product back from you, we will despatch the replacements to you. You will not have pay postage again unless you mistakenly ordered the incorrect item in the first instance. If you have ordered the incorrect item, or no longer want the item you will have to pay for the postage back to us. A restocking fee maybe applicable, depending on the condition you are sending the item back as. For example a sealed new or renew item, which is returned with the seal broken, or resealed, will be devalued (even if not used) & liable for a 25% restocking fee.
In an event like this we will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied by the level of service we provide. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged when returned to us. All boxes should be well sealed & have sufficient protection for transit. We cannot be responsible for a product that is damaged due to insufficient packaging (please note that couriers will throw boxes around during transit, therefore they require cushioning to cope with this) & we cannot be held responsible if your courier loses a parcel. We strongly suggest that you ship the product insured, & through a traceable courier network. If you cancel your order before we dispatch it you will get a full refund. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item before ordering, by checking the appliance make, model number and sometimes serial number. It’s your responsibility to order the correct product.
Goods that are not returnable
Items that you received more than 14 days ago. Items not returned in the condition they were received. Items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorization. Items that have obvious signs of use
Should a fault happen within 28 days of delivery we will offer you a refund, repair, warranty repair or a replacement to be sent. We do not cover accident, wear and tear or misuse.
