    Well designed & solid construction

    First time Home brewer. Great quality product,easy to use Saves valuable time over bottling Haven't had to use pressure injectors yet as barrel has kept good pressure from secondary fermentation.

    Good barrel but pressure system and tap need modification.

    The barrel is good but the pressure system does not seem to retain pressure, nor transmit the gas to the barrel without leaks. The old Boots barrels with the four inch screw top were better for cleaning. The bore of the tap is small, so that beer stays in the tap until your remove the glass whereupon the beer leaks onto the carpet. The older taps were larger and did not have this dripping problem. I like the fact that you can see the level of the beer through the translucent barrel.

    Gives you a good second fermentation up to 15psi and if seals are good and the injection system is working it’s well worth it.
