Customs took the plant. I know there was a possibility when I ordered is and the seller communicated with me to ensure I understood this. So the seller did everything they were supposed to do, but I just lost the game of customs roulette. Ours laws are absurd and there should be a cut out for small purchases for collectors on none problematic species and the idea that I am not allowed to buy a cultivated plant from Europe, because it is endangered somewhere in the Americas is doubly absurd.
