Firstly the positives, the delivery was next day and the seller included a free gel case. Sadly the phone was not in *EXCELLENT A* condition as described with major scratches in two corners. I contacted the seller attaching the photos I have here to which the seller still stated the phone was in *EXCELLENT A* condition (really??) and offered a return or £10 partial refund , I declined. Just be warned this seller thinks a phone with deep scratches on two corners is in *EXCELLENT A* condition!

The item was not as discribed … when I wrote to the seller he doesn’t even bother to respond … phone was discribed as “opened never used” but I found the battery health at 90% and for the price I paid I felt robbed . And the worst thing was the arrogance of not even responding to my complaints .

Only thing I didn't like was the fact there wasn't any photos of the product you'd actually receive. Other than that great seller who gave me a lovely review!
