The whole thing was very well pacakged (it took nearly as long to unpack as it did to build :D ) The bed frame looks brilliant and although it says it is a two man job to build I managed it quite easily on my own (i do have the advantage of once working for a bedstore though). Communication was top notch whether by email or phone, You couldn't ask for better. All in all an excellent experience right through from ordering to delivery. AAA+
