Since I purchased this item it was supposed to be delivered on the 8th December 2023, up to date I have not receive it yet, I needed this book to study for my seru assessment whach was on the 12th December 2023. I contacted the seller, they have not given me any substance reason and I have requested to be refund but the seller still have not replied me, could ebay please step in to resolve this matter.

We explain you that it is not our fault. Royal Mail delay on their process. We posted your item on time. If there is some delay due to a natural process of Christmas time, what can a seller do. We response to you within may be 8 hours time. You mentioned that we did not response. Shame on you.
