Unwanted item arrived today despite cancellation, courier took it away to return to sender, one of many he said Read all messages in order

The customer requested for the order to be cancelled while it was already in transit, which is not possible. We had instructed the customer to refuse the parcel once the carrier attempts delivery, the customer did as advised and received a full refund without having to pay for the return postage.

After a 10-day unexplained delay, and a prod from me, seller finally dispatched the item. The mouse was in a manufacturer's sealed box, but it does not match the manufacturer's own description. Photos attached show A4tech box says 4-way smart wheel, but internally it is a dumb single button wheel. Installed driver on Windows 10, and the scroll wheel did not gain any smartness. Usable for the price, so I'll keep it, but I cannot recommend either the seller or A4tech.

Great box, thanks. I left a "neutral", rather than a "positive" because the seller was quite slow to send. Also, the listing price didn't make it clear that VAT wasn't included. At checkout, I was charged an additional £2.15 on top of the £10.73 listed price. I didn't notice until I'd completed the purchase. If I had, I probably would have bought elsewhere.
