Sent product back as it was faulty and received an aggressive rant from focal serve accusing me of switching their product with that of a competitor whom I had recently ordered a replacement from. They admitted that the product I returned was fake (their own product) so not only are they apparently selling fakes but they are also rude and aggressive and have no idea of customer service. Avoid for both reasons.

WRINKLE REDUCER
They REALLY do work. I have been using them every night applying them at bedtime so they are on between 6 - 8 hours. I use them every night. When time allows I will also wear them during the day - just wished I had found these wonders a few years ago!!!!! They can be a bit fiddly at first but take your time and get it right. Only 1 has fallen off during the night and that was night 2 so I probably didn't get it quite right. If they do fall off they can be re-applied with a little more water. I only use them around the eyes & on my forehead as I found around the mouth quite annoying. Magic - 5 Stars *****They REALLY do work. An expensive nonsense!!
Absolute rubbish. Once you get the frownies in position you dread getting them off as you are going to tug sensitive skin. Even with copious amounts of water. An expensive nonsense!!
