Only thing I didn’t like ws that the communication frm the seller was nt vry clear. I had to msg many times to get the whereabouts of my item. Which was handled professionally. I ordered for the 1st time and 1600£ is nt a small amount. I hve seen this feedback from many others. Plz work on it.

Seller was great, product came earlier than expected and lense was in perfect condition. Communication was good, but appreciate it if clearer. Packaging was good too, as the included plastic reinforcement on edges was provided, only minor point on those reinforcement is that it had sharp edges on the inside, so made small markings on the box when shipped.But overall very happy with the product, service and value! Would buy again!

I was a bit hesitant, buying the Canon RF lens on ebay, after reading the positive feedback these guys received, I placed my order and also ordered the Canon R5, Ordered on the 21st Jan 24 both items arrived today 26th Jan. Items were as described and very well packed, hard plastic corner protectors use to protect the boxes from damage. Fast dispatch and accurate description of item. Answered my questions when asked. I do recommend them and would be happy to purchase from here again. My only criticism is despite the item being dispatched they didn't update shipping status. In the grand scheme of the things it a very small nit pick as the item arrived in time and was accurate and lastly very well packaged probably the best packaging from any purchase on eBay so far.
