Spent £120.00 on a roll of vet bed which arrived on time. Unfortunately the packaging was ripped open and the vet bed was wet. Not really what I expected after spending £120.00. The seller was apologetic and said they would pass on the feedback to the courier. Second parcel in a week that was poorly wrapped and both sellers put it down to the courier. Is it not the sellers that wrap the parcels not the courier?

Apologies again that your bedding arrived wet, we never like our buyers to be disappointed with the service they have experienced, and yes you are correct, we do wrap the parcels, but as explained in our message the packaging is supplied by DPD themselves.
