I was concerned when I saw the pieces outside the compact in a ziploc(I was worried that the swans neck could have Brocken off since it’s fragile) but all pieces arrived intact. There was padding and bubble wrap and the box was well sealed! The shipping was pricey but I don’t see that as the sellers fault. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
