Item ordered on16th October 2023 with an expected delivery date of by19th October. but not received by 23rd October and notified e-bay on 23rd of October had not been received. e-mail received later that day saying purchase price would be refunded by e-bay but at time of leaving feedback on 11th October item has still not been delivered by Royal Mail so unable to provide feedback about the actual item, but also still no reply from the seller despite contacting them - VERY POOR service !!
