One of the best ebay experiences I have ever had. Graham was very flexible, dealt with a technical issue immediately and without question, and demonstrated that there still are excellent, trustworthy sellers on eBay. I wish all were like him. The item was what I was expecting and in good condition for a refurbished second hand unit.
