Item is listed as new and unused but was clearly not. Keyboard was filthy, the screen has a crack and there are signs of scratches and wear on the body of the Mac. When I messaged the seller they said it must’ve been shipping that caused all of that. The Mac was well protected with bubble wrap. The box it came in was in great condition. Also there was already a user profile on the Mac. So no, this was not a shipping issue.
