First may I say the communication and postage was of excellence service . As I have owned svs peakers , Klipsch , and Yamaha The Dali speakers are up there with the best not only for value for money but also overall performance as you receive the speaker you can feel the weight and quality that’s in the speaker .and having the option to use as Dolby atmos or height elevation is a bonus . I bought the white ones as I wanted to mount them on the ceiling behind the listening position for dolby atmos I also purchased very strong Velcro from eBay no drilling in the ceiling . The sound is like something I have never experienced . So if your looking for a good all round speaker these are definitely the best you can buy at this price ok you don’t get the nice wood effect that some speakers ... Good sounding and visually non-intrusive, especially in white.
Dolby Atmos can be quite a subtle effect and varies how it is used in different movies. Play with set-up is essential. Speakers add considerably to surround sound in rock concert discs. Cable entry could be better designed, although the many ways the speakers can be used makes this difficult. Ideally, a small 'hatch' with wires hidden inside would be the best from an aesthetic point of view.
