    Described as, "In good condition with some wear as shown in the pictures. This is not tested for working as there is no lead. Lovely propelling pencil who's name shouts quality. Great collectable. Arrived totally seized solid, I politely informed the seller, She replied " it was not tested you should have considered it may need repair. You chose to buy it anyway, in future you should actually read the description before purchase, schoolboy mistake" Great seller attitude, don't you think?
