    certainly helps me

    It certainly helps me in combination with F C cidal. I have guts that hate so much. Started with less than recommended, stopped too soon and issues came back. In my "research" into sibo these "products" are the only thing consistently recommended. Diet as far as food elimination recommendations are anything but consistent. Good Luck
