Buyer has read the items category: medium up to 36" as its size instead of reading the item's listing where it clearly states that the sculpture measures 430x240mm. and weighs 1.62kg. He has also not read the ebay returns policy that only allows returns where the item is mis-described, which it is not. I have been left with no payment since he declined to accept and pay for it when we met, but also with legitimate fees to pay.
