All sales are subject to the following trading terms - these terms and conditions do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
 
We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible (it is possible that the manufacturer changes a specification whitout our knowledge and therefore not updated in the listing).
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us. Acceptance by us is made in writing via order confirmation or notice of despatch.
 
All prices are quoted in pound sterling, unless otherwise stated.
 
Payment terms are paypal only (and any pther means accepted by paypal). Payment is made to paypal, which then makes the payment available to us - Please be aware that delays may ocurr during this process (fund clearing, account confirmation, e-cheque clearing,...). These delays are not our responsability and are totally outside our scope. Order will start being processed as soon as payment is shown cleared in our paypal account.

We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. This will be made via e-mail/phone directly by us or via our couriers. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.

Please check for any shortages or damages to your delivery and if possible advise us within 48 hours of the delivery. Provided that this notice is given we will arrange to collect, replace, and repair or fully refund the goods free of charge.
If damage to the parcel is noticed when parcel is received, a note should be made with the delivery courier.
 
All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative or suggest a date for when the goo will be back in stock. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a full refund.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.
 
You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    Nice looking garden mirror that was ell packaged and arrived safe and sound. It is painter steel so unsure how long it will take for any rust to appear, if any. It only hangs from a single keyhole screw at the rear of the top so not secure in bad weather. Fitted a bracket with a self tapping screw at the bottom so secure now (the mirror it replaced had the same problem and broke up in a storm despite being in a sheltered spot). Distressed look is about right without overdoing it. Pleased.
