Seller cancelled my order, after it was marked as dispatched, saying the item was faulty. They still have it for sale at a higher price. Very disappointed as it was a birthday gift for my mother in law and the late cancellation didn’t leave us enough time to arrange something else.
Very poor behaviour.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The whole stock we received turned out to be faulty so we had to cancel the orders and return the lamps to the manufacturer. The lamps remained as available for sale as our stock on listings is updated automatically by our system and it updated only when the lamps were returned. We deeply apologise for the trouble.

After a 10-day unexplained delay, and a prod from me, seller finally dispatched the item. The mouse was in a manufacturer's sealed box, but it does not match the manufacturer's own description. Photos attached show A4tech box says 4-way smart wheel, but internally it is a dumb single button wheel. Installed driver on Windows 10, and the scroll wheel did not gain any smartness. Usable for the price, so I'll keep it, but I cannot recommend either the seller or A4tech.
