I do not see the big deal. This expansion didn't need to be created!
I can see why this wasn't as heavily promoted as the other expansion packs... it sucks. I am an avid Sims 2 player; I actually have just stuck to playing 2 more so than 3 because, Sims 3 has too many glitches for me and I hate that the expansions are so expensive any how, as far as I can tell, this series only offers two hair styles that I've noticed, maybe four outfits and some accessories; nothing to write home about. Enjoy if you still decide to purchase this expansion. Maybe you'll enjoy it because, I sure am not. One things for sure, I am glad I only paid a couple of dollars for it. Great addition to the Sims for holiday minded users!
I bought this product to compliment the Sims that I already have installed on an older computer. The family wanted to have more Christmas items to give their Sims, so this was the one to buy. The disc included all the info I needed to install fairly easily on Windows XP. I would recommend the product to anyone who still enjoys the Sims 2 on their computer.

Sims 2 such happy holidays!
I love playing the sims 2 and 3 but recently my pc no longer will run sims 3. I've missed not having holidays and such in sims 2. I was so happy to find the holiday stuff pack for such a good price! Bring on the Christmas lights and new year parties!
