I regret to say that my experience with this shoe horn was disappointing. The metal arrived chipped, and its susceptibility to bending was frustrating. Additionally, the shoe horn was noticeably off-center on the wooden handle, affecting its functionality and overall quality. A letdown in terms of both craftsmanship and durability, warranting a one-star rating.

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the quality. The shoe horns are finished with slight defects intentionally to give them a vintage/antique style.
