JGS4x4 EGR blank replacement kit
Great product from JGS4x4. Was fairly easy to fit, just needed a tiny bit of persuasion here and there. Well designed for easy access to the underside bolts. Basic mechanical skill required to do it yourself, and the tools obviously. 10mm socket, a ratchet, possibly an extension and a flatblade screw driver. Depending on your mechanical skill level it should take no more than 20 minutes to do. Works really well and a noticeable difference before even driving it. Idling and revving better as well as easier, smoother start up. I have not driven it yet as the vehicle is SORN but definitely will be a big difference for the better, with benefits such as less turbo lag. From what I can tell the EGR does not require mapping out of the engine management system. Looking forward to having some ... Great product from JGS4x4. Great, high quality modification at a great price. Does the job perfect and being black it looks stealth and sublte in the engine bay fitting in nicely around the plastic engine covers/components.
